Larry is Chairman of Kilmer Capital Partners Limited and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KVN.
Under Larry’s direction since 1968, KVN built Warren into Canada’s largest national asphalt paving company and one of the
country’s largest aggregate producers. Larry served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Warren. KVN became a
significant shareholder in Lafarge Corporation (now Lafarge North America Inc.) after Lafarge acquired Warren in December
2000. Subsequent to this transaction, Larry served as Director of Lafarge and chaired its Finance Committee until the 2006
buyout by the French parent company, Lafarge SA.
From 1977 to 1994 Larry served on the Board and the Executive Committee of CUC Broadcasting Limited in which Kilmer was a
significant shareholder.
Larry has had a long-standing interest in sports and entertainment and to that end in 1996 acquired a minority interest in
the Maple Leafs hockey club and arena. In 1998, Larry was an active force in the acquisition of the Toronto Raptors basketball
team and the Air Canada Centre which, with the Toronto Maple Leafs, formed Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment Limited
(“MLSE”). Larry serves as Chairman of MLSE and serves as a governor of the NBA, the NHL and Major League Soccer.
Larry's involvement in Community Associations includes: Vice Chairman, Board of Directors, Mount Sinai Hospital;
Co-Chairman of the Research Committee for the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute; Member, Board of Directors, Baycrest Centre
for Geriatric Care; Member, Dean's Advisory Council, Schulich School of Business, York University; Member, National Board of
the Canadian Council of Christians & Jews; Member, Board of Directors, Miller Thompson Foundation; Founding Member, Canadian
Council for Israel and Jewish Advocacy; Executive Committee, UJA Federation; and Co-Chair, United Jewish Appeal (1998).
Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Cornell University.

Michael is President and Chief Operating Officer of KVN and Vice Chairman of Kilmer Capital Partners Limited.
Michael has been with KVN and its related entities since 1979. Initially, Michael's activities included several roles in
entities related to KVN in which he was responsible for corporate planning, investment monitoring and administration. In 1988,
Michael became Executive Vice President of KVN with overall responsibility for the operations of the holding company and its
non-construction investment activities and in 1999 assumed his current role as KVN’s President and COO. Prior to joining KVN,
Michael was a manager with Clarkson Gordon Chartered Accountants (now Ernst & Young).
Michael is a Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College (Concordia University) and
an MBA from York University.

Anthony is a Kilmer founding partner and has 16 years of experience in private equity.
Anthony is Chairman of Unisync and is also a board member of Tribal Sportswear, McGregor and Coalision.
Anthony has been with KVN or its affiliated entities for over 14 years. He joined KVN in 1991 as Vice President of Palestra
Group Limited, the entity formed to pursue a bid for an NBA franchise. In 1994 Anthony became Vice President of KVN to assist
the company in diversifying its interests beyond the construction, sports and communications industries. Anthony was actively
involved in the sourcing and assessment of new investments and worked closely with the management of the operating companies
to grow the businesses. Prior to joining KVN, Anthony was an Associate with Bankers Trust Company's Merchant Bank in Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. Previously, he worked for the Arts & Entertainment Cable Network (A&E) in New York.
Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of
Business Administration. Anthony is on the board of the Canadian Venture Capital Association and is a member of the Young
Presidents Organization.

Arnie is a Kilmer founding partner and has 22 years of experience in private equity.
Arnie is Chairman of Tribal.
Prior to joining Kilmer, Arnie was a founding partner of Crossroad Capital Advisors Inc., a boutique mid-market investment
bank. From 1990 to 1996, he served as Senior Vice President of Beacon Capital Corporation, a mid-market leveraged buyout firm
based I Toronto where he worked closely with the managers of Evcon Industries Inc. Previously, he worked for six years as
Vice President, Merchant Banking of Kingsbridge Capital Group Inc. and Unicorp Canada Corporation. He began his business
career in the private business and valuations groups of PriceWaterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
Arnie is a Chartered Accountant and received his B.B.A. (Honours) from York University.

Doug is a Kilmer founding partner and has 28 years of experience in private equity and senior executive management.
Doug serves on the board of Unisync and Algorithme.
Prior to Kilmer, Doug has been associated with KVN for nine years fulfilling operating roles as President and CEO and also
serving on the board of several KVN operating companies. Previously, Doug provided CEO outsourcing services under his own
consulting firm, Twin Dolphin Technologies, acting as President of Newstar Technologies Inc. (now part of Emergis Inc.).
Bryker Data Systems Ltd., and Cygnet Storage Solutions, Inc. Doug is experienced in change management, mentoring management
teams, business turnarounds, managing high growth and merger integrations, as well as experience in guiding companies back
from Chapter 11 and insolvency.
Doug comes from a military background, having been commissioned an Officer in Her Majesty’s Canadian Armed Forces. He was
awarded the Canada Decoration on July 21, 1978.

André joined Kilmer as a Managing Partner of its Montreal office in 2007 and brings over 18 years of private equity and
investment banking experience in the Province of Quebec.
Prior to Kilmer, André was a Senior Vice President of Perseis Partners Inc. (formerly Borealis Capital Corporation) where
he was one of three partners responsible for managing Perseis’ $375 million buyout fund. While at Perseis, André served as
Chairman of the Holiday Group Holdings, Vansco Electronics LP and Cheneliere/McGraw-Hill and was a board member of Greiche &
Scaff, Groupe Sante Sedna and Maxx Inc. Prior to joining Perseis, he was one of the Managing Partners of the financial
advisory services group of KPMG in Montreal and served with that group in various capacities for over ten years. Previously,
he was a Vice President at Canadian Corporate Funding Ltd. and a Senior Account Manager Corporate Banking at Royal Bank of
Canada.
André holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and an M.B.A. from Laval University.

Jason joined Kilmer in October 2002. Prior to joining Kilmer Jason was a Vice President at Deloitte & Touche in their
Toronto Transaction
Services Group where he was responsible for performing transaction due diligence for both financial
sponsors and strategic buyers. Prior to Deloitte, Jason worked at a mid-market accounting firm in both the audit and corporate
finance departments.
Jason is a Chartered Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto.

William joined Kilmer in April 2001 and has five years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Kilmer William was
with NewPoint Capital Partners, an independent mid-market investment banking firm focused predominantly on leveraged
management buy-outs, refinancings and divestitures.
William holds an Honours B.B.A. degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Marie-Claude joined Kilmer as a Vice President of its Montreal office in 2008 and brings over 14 years of operational and
financial experience in Canada and Europe.
Prior to Kilmer, Marie-Claude was Executive Vice President and CFO of Greiche & Scaff, a private equity owned company.
Marie-Claude previously worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs International (London, UK) as well as Corporate
Finance at KPMG (Montréal, Canada).
Marie-Claude is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from Ecole des Hautes Etudes
Commerciales and an M.B.A. from Insead.
