Arnie is a Kilmer founding partner and has 22 years of experience in private equity.

Arnie is Chairman of Tribal, Vice-Chairman of Vansco and is also a board member of Give & Go and Hydropool.

Prior to joining Kilmer, Arnie was a founding partner of Crossroad Capital Advisors Inc., a boutique mid-market investment bank. From 1990 to 1996, he served as Senior Vice-President of Beacon Capital Corporation, a mid-market leveraged buyout firm based I Toronto where he worked closely with the managers of Evcon Industries Inc. Previously, he worked for six years as Vice-President, Merchant Banking of Kingsbridge Capital Group Inc. and Unicorp Canada Corporation. He began his business career in the private business and valuations groups of PriceWaterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers).

Arnie is a Chartered Accountant and received his B.B.A. (Honours) from York University.
