Jason joined Kilmer in October 2002. Prior to joining Kilmer Jason was a Vice President at Deloitte & Touche in their Toronto Transaction Services Group where he was responsible for performing transaction due diligence for both financial sponsors and strategic buyers. Prior to Deloitte, Jason worked at a mid-market accounting firm in both the audit and corporate finance departments.

Jason is a Chartered Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto.
